19C Upgrade: Absence Payroll Occupational Element throwing error

When employees are applying Absences which are having both Occupational and Statutory elements like Sick Leave/Maternity Leave/Adoption Leave, while running the payroll, some employees are going to error. The issue is bit inconsistent and not every such leave is throwing error. Same leave works fine for few and throws error for others, Attached the screenshot with the error message. The error comes from seeded fast formula of the Occupational Element.
