Symptoms

Collections Scoring & Strategy Assignment / Collections Delinquency Management not processing

Upon running the Collections Jobs, both Collections Scoring and Strategy Assignment as well as Collections Delinquency Management. When running the job, no data is found nor is any item scored. Ran Refresh Receivables Transactions process to update delinquency status.
