Symptoms

When loading pages that use Eloqua tracked content, such as dynamic content or field merges, the page does not load with the correct information. Some Eloqua apps which require authentication may also be impacted preventing a user from accessing them.

Changes

Firefox v69.0 enabled Enhanced Tracking Protection by default. This can cause issues with loading assets that are required for/by tracking data.
