Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Customer Import

The Customer Import ends in error.

ERROR
-----------------------
Could not retrieve metadata for jobDef: /oracle/apps/ess/financials/commonModules/shared/common/interfaceLoader;InterfaceLoaderController
Error in obtaining metadata handle
Error while submitting subrequest for request 41869
Error while calling Interface Loader Program.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch the ESS job
2. Job errors out.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access any Customers in this environment.
