Goal

Issue: Line manager hierarchy of line manager data role is not followed in notifications.

Example:
The notification for transaction "Promote" has compensation details reflected in notification task. However, when the skip level manager of the employee receives the notification, he doesn't see the compensation data saying he doesn't have access to it
