Symptoms
FBDI Upload for Sourcing Rule and Assignment Sets Error
User attempting to load Sourcing Rule and Assignment Sets via FBDI. However, nothing gets loaded.
Ensured correct (version specific) FBDI template is used for uploading.
ERROR

ORA-06512: at "FUSION.MSC_COLL_UTILS", line 279 [IMPL SPT]
ORA-20100: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download and prepare FBDI template.
2. Upload file to UCM server.
3. Run Load Planning Data from Flat Files process.
4. Observe status in Scheduled Processes.
5. On failure, retrieve log files.
