Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 19.3

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When utilizing Internet Explorer (IE), and in the new user interface (UI), the keypad does not function using the - (minus) and the ". " (decimal) keys when you are entering amounts.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When in IE and in the new UI, the keypad should work for function as the - (minus) and the " ." (decimal) keys when you are entering amounts.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Unifier
  2. Ensure new UI is enabled and navigate to and open one record that has a field where an amount can be entered
  3. Using the keypad try to add an amount, e.g., 25.79 or -25.79
  4. Notice that the decimal and minus keys in the keypad do not seem to function.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot enter a decimal or negative amount using the keypad in Internet Explorer.
