Customer have a requirement to update Attribute10 and Attribute11 to null (wiping off the values) while performing Misc Receipt.

Below three test cases outcome:

1. To wipe off (no value) attributes customer  passing the values as: ----"-----

From front end the attribute 10 and attribute 11 are wiped off but from backend (inv_serial_numbers) attribute 10 and 11 are updated with ----"----

2. Customer tried passing the values as Blank(no value):-

In this case attributes are not wiped off. Attribute update did not happen at all. This is not working.

3. Customer tried passing random value for any other attribute (they chose attribute3) and passed no value for attribute 10 and 11 as Blank(no value).

This resulted in attribute update for attribute3 (updated to 'custom'), attribute10 and attribute11 (both updated to no value)

Please let us know why using case 1 in backend table is getting populated with different value than front end and how to update values as Blank with FBDI without using any random attribute.
