UK Legislation - Student Loan Is Deducted Under Threshold (Doc ID 2590891.1)

Symptoms

 Student Loan(SL) is being deducted in the current Payroll even though employee amount  is less than threshold £364 a week or £1,577 a month (before tax and other deductions)
As per https://www.gov.uk/repaying-your-student-loan/what-you-pay expecting the student loan deduction not to be processed in the payroll run.
