FUSION US Payroll: EEO-1 Component 2 - Eligible Employees Being Dropped from the Electronic Report

Actual Behavior: When attempting to run the EEO-1 Component 2 Electronic Report, the follow error appears on the Exception Report:
1. Pay Value is missing for this employee.
2. Hours is missing for this employee.
An issue has been identified in the EEO-1 Component 2 Report functionality that is causing eligible employees to be dropped from the output of the report and subsequently pushing them into the exception report.
The scenario identified on a more frequent basis is for employees that were hired mid year, who do not have a full year's worth of earnings.
Issue has been identified as part of the new EEO-1 Component 2 functionality recently released to eligible customers to handle new federal reporting requirements.
