Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: Saved Search Function is Not Working (Doc ID 2591013.1)

Symptoms

When searching, click on "save" to name the saved search, and save the search.

The drop down arrow becomes available to select the saved search, but nothing happens when selecting it.

Candidates then stop appearing entirely when trying a blank search to see all candidates.
