When Running the Send to Unifier Synchronization the Error "XRefFieldMap Was Not Found in the Cache for the Object CBS in the PDI Application with the Key of <KEY ID>" Occurs (Doc ID 2591154.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a Summary Sheet in Unifier, the following error occurs.

  com.oracle.pgbu.pdi.provider.XRefException: XRefFieldMap was not found in the cache for the object CBS in the PDI application with the key of <KEY ID>.


ConvertfromSourcetoGatewayformat\Warning_JobXXXX.log
  Unresolved foreign key in CBSDurationSummary. <KEY ID> - This foreign key value cannot be resolved for the field CBSObjectId of the object CBS.
  Unresolved foreign key in CBSDurationSummary. <KEY ID> - This foreign key value cannot be resolved for the field CBSObjectId of the object CBS.
  Unresolved foreign key in CBSDurationSummary. <KEY ID> - This foreign key value cannot be resolved for the field CBSObjectId of the object CBS.
  Unresolved foreign key in CBSDurationSummary. <KEY ID> - This foreign key value cannot be resolved for the field CBSObjectId of the object CBS.
  Unresolved foreign key in CBSDurationSummary. <KEY ID> - This foreign key value cannot be resolved for the field CBSObjectId of the object CBS.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Run the synchronization to create a Unifier Summary Sheet. By default the business flow is called Send to Primavera Unifier.
  2. Job fails with an error on the ConverttoDestinationformat step and a warning on the ConvertfromSourcetoGatewayformat step.
