Under Application Options Two Cloud URLs are Seen While Registering Target Application in Cloud Data Management (Doc ID 2591249.1)

Symptoms

While adding a Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service Application (PBCS) under Data Management > Setup > Target Application, under the Application Options Tab users might see two different Cloud URL's.

User(s) will not be able to input one environment URL link in both the URL columns.

And this will lead the Refresh members and the Refresh Metadata process to fail.
