Inventory Transaction Shows Unprocessed In CST_INV_TRANSACTIONS But Fully Costed In Review Costing Page (Doc ID 2591264.1)

Symptoms

In the 'Review Cost Accounting Distributions' page, users observe transaction status as full costed but at database level,
when query CST_INV_TRANSACTIONS table, find value for COST_PREPROCESSING_STATUS as UNPROCESSED.  e.g.:
