Employee certificate requirement shows up every time a new life event is triggered. User created a formula.

User wanted to ensure the certification does not show again with subsequent life events, once it has been completed.

However, user had not been able to find any way to determine whether a certification has been provided from within a fast formula. They couldn't find any DBI's that would provide this information,
