Symptoms

When attempting to load Personal Payment Method with HCM Data Loader (HDL), the following error occurs:

ERROR

oracle.jbo.RowValException: JBO-PAY:::PAY_PMTDF_INV_ORGPAYMETH: PAY-1635121The specified organization payment method does not exist

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Data Exchange
2. HCM Data Loader / Import and Load Data
3. Import File / Import Local File / Browse- select zip -click submit button
