Unable to search and find a Resource.
When searching for a resource on a select page that can be seen in the Resource Directory, it is not found.
In this scenario, an employee has been assigned a resource role and is a part of the internal resource organization.
When adding the employee as a resource for a HR Queue, the employee is not found.
The same configuration is working fine in other environments.
The issue is related to the hierarchy organization data.
