Goal
When hiring a new employee during the middle-month, the social insurance is calculated on the first prorated Basic Salary instead of the full basic salary
ex: hire date for employee = 11/7/2019 , basic salary= 1000
Run payroll for month July and notice below results:
basic salary : 677.419 this right
employee basic social insurance= 71.129 , this should be calculated as 1000*10.5=105
Run payroll for month August and notice below results:
basic salary = 1000 this is right
employee basic social insurance= 71.129, this should be calculated as 1000*10.5=105
