Invalid Conflicts are shown after sync.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

There should be only one set of Conflicts in O365

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Synchronization
2. See a lot of conflicts
3. Run Synchronization again
4. See more and more conflicts

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users see conflicts even if they do not make any changes in UI.
