REST API For Inventory Transfer Order - Update Date on an Order Line Fails With 500 Internal Server Error (Doc ID 2591611.1)

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Supply Orchestration

REST API for Inventory Transfer Order - Update an order line fails with 500 Internal Server Error

Customer is trying to update "Requested date" of a transfer order line generated by UI or FBDI using Rest services
Customer followed doc example to update "NeedByDate" but system is giving customer error 500 Internal Server Error.

From UI, Requested Delivery date can be changed.

Note that UI reference to Requested delivery date is the same as the need by date in REST

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Transfer Order (TO) was created by UI
2. Rest service to update TO
