ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Purchase Requisition is  getting ejected when the Requester clicks on Withdraw button from notification page

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Requisition status should be in withdraw status

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login as a requester having the BPM Administration role
2. Create requisition and Submit the same for approval , now requisition status is 'Pending Approval'
2. Login as Approver and open the notification
3. Click Action and select 'Request information' and approver enters more information to the requester
4. Log in as Requester and open approval request notification from Bell icon
5. Click Action and select 'Withdraw'
