Symptoms

Connection has lost between Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) and Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS). When goto Navigate -> Manage Connetions -> Tools -> Connections and try to validate the connection, it shows the following error:

"The product version of the target is different from that of the source. Before Creating a connection, ensure that both the source and target product versions are same."
