With Internet Explorer in Standard View (new User Interface(UI)):
The user should be able to enter a value into a numeric (currency or decimal) type data element.
When there is an existing decimal (or period) in the field the user cannot highlight the field and type another amount.
Example: Type '.5' the field will show as '0.5'. Select the field and type '.' the field still shows '0.5'. Also, the keyboard number pad does not allow the input of any value.
The input does work as expected in Classic View (old UI).
Because of this the user cannot enter the desired value into a numeric type data element in certain scenarios.
