Error in JgzzFiscalCode when creating customer of type Person via web service

When creating a customer of type Person via web service with typical payload (attached) no error is returned, but when users added the tax identification number, the process ended in error: "You cannot update the column JgzzFiscalCode because you do not have the permission".

We review the Document Attribute "JgzzFiscalCode" In The Payload (Doc ID 2445482.1) where the solution is "JgzzFiscalCode is the attribute name and TaxPayerIdentificationNumber is the display name for this attribute. Both are same." But users have tried the payload, changing the tag 'JgzzFiscalCode' for 'TaxPayerIdentificationNumber' and they do not get the error, but they do not see the inserted the information of the Taxpayer Identification Number.

Also in the UI the same user sees the Tax Payer Identification Number not enabled when creating a customer of type Person.
