ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Names in Resource Directory and Transaction Console Approval Do Not Match Actual Name

The names that are showing up in the Resource Directory and on Approval Names in Transaction Console are a bunch of jumbled characters and do not match the user's actual name in Person Management. (see screen shots)

This problem is causing us not to be able to set up our Help Desk functionality.

For example …
Person Number: 12345
Registry Id: 100000000000000
Resource Directory Name: acebxakyfd y aaahaaboyf
Person Management Name: First Name, Last Name
