On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, UK - United Kingdom Legislation

When attempting to retrieve the output file after the HMRC Data Retrieval Process flow completes successfully,
the following error occurs.

1. Payroll > Checklist > Submit a Process or Report
2. HMRC Retrieval Process
