Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After setting the default subtab on the Edit Contact layout, the deep link doesn't allow another subtab to be specified.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expecting the subtab specified in the deep link to be accessed through the deep link.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to application
2. Navigate to Configuration > Application Composer
3. Expand Objects > Standard Objects > Contact > Pages
4. Edit the Details Page layout
5. Set the Default Subtab
6. Click the Done button
7. Use a deep link to access the a subtab other than the default; the page is opened with the default subtab
