Fusion Global Human Resources : Irrelevant Warning Message (Doc ID 2592389.1)

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Global Human Resources

After submitting few of the changes/add request such as marital status change, address change, document of records etc. when we try to exit out of the page, we are getting below warning message. However, there is no unsaved changes. getting below warning message. 
"Your have not saved the changes. if you close this flow then your changes will be lost. Do you what to continue"

Is there any way to remove this warning in above mention scenarios.?
