Is SSO Available For Both UI And RF In 19c for WMS Cloud Service? (Doc ID 2592480.1)

From the 19c  release notes - https://www.oracle.com/webfolder/technetwork/tutorials/tutorial/cloud/scm/releases/19C/19C-wms-wn.htm#F9375, Users inferred that SSO(Single Sign On) will be available in Oracle Cloud WMS(Warehouse Management Services) 19C but it read as follows:

"You can now use Oracle WMS Cloud with the Enterprise Single Sign On feature of the Oracle Identity Cloud Service. This makes it easier for you to manage your sign on to multiple Oracle solutions."

The users had the following questions:

Question 1. The release notes mentions that 'No steps are required to enable this feature'. Does this mean, there are NO configuration changes to be done to enable SSO in WMS Cloud Service?

Question 2. Is SSO available for both WMS UI(User Interface) and RF(Radio Frequency) Guns OR is it available only for the WMS UI?
