View Accounting button is not enabled for retirement transaction under Recent Retirements in Asset Inquiry.
Steps to reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Asset Inquiry
2. Search for asset
3. Click on Recent Retirements
4. Verify that a recent retirement was performed
5. Confirm that View Accounting button is not enabled
