In the LoyaltyCloud Product Setup - the Process Refresh Denormalized Product Catalog Table For BI is not showing the Analytics Report data (Doc ID 2592543.1)

Goal

We have been working with Oracle Loyalty Cloud and were instructed to run the “Refresh Denormalized Product Catalog Table for BI” process to populate the ZCA_BI_PRODUCT_DENORM table.  The below steps were followed in BOTH Test and PROD and the table was not populated.

Below are the steps:
1. Fusion Home > Navigator -> Scheduled Process -> Scheduled New Process
2. Search the process -  Refresh Denormalized Product Catalog Table for BI
3. Wait for 2 hours and rerun the report.
