Where can the Database Fields and related Table for a Database Item be found to use on a filter?

Example: In the User Entity, PER_EXT_SEC_ASSIGNMENT_UE, the Database Item Group "Assignment Salary Basis Name" is used. To filter on this item, you need the corresponding fields and the related table.
