ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The enterprise seniority date is not getting calculated in our application automatically

We are using the version 2 of the seniority date functionality.

Example of issue is an employee who was initially hired on 07/31/1989 and terminated on 08/07/2012 with the total service periods of 23 years and 7 days.
Now this person was hired again on 03/31/2019.
When I go "Manage Seniority Dates" task or "Manage Work Relationship" tasks, I see that the enterprise seniority date as 07/31/1989.

I was expecting to see the seniority date of 02/22/1996.

STEPS
