Postponement Formula Not Called In Re-enrolment - 35 Days Postponement Condition.. (Doc ID 2592829.1)

When an employee is hired, they are put on the two-month postponement, to ensure if employee is getting a consistent salary above a threshold. After two months if employee crosses the threshold then they are enrolled into scheme.
However after two months if they do not cross the threshold they are put back into postponement for next two months again and this keeps on repeating until their salary crosses the threshold.
To meet this case requirement we expect postponement formula to be called each month for an employee until their classification changes.

Initial user test case: PAE ran for Employee TestP1 with multiple assignment in Feb 2019. According to logic first assignment should be postponed for 35 days and second one should be enrolled. - This scenario is working
Running PAE again for March 2019- Expectation is first assignment should postponed again for 35 days as according to condition employee should again be postponed for 35 days. Result-Postponement formula not called again thus logic is not running
