Expense Report Disappeared From Oracle When ER Was Rejected (Doc ID 2592843.1)

Symptoms

We are not seeing that the expense report that was previously rejected from the expense auditor queue. User is not able to find the ER, when we search it in rejected expense reports. 

Please let us know, why would the ER disappear from the application and also we would like the ability to track expense reports that have been rejected in the application without any issues.

Please let us know, the appropriate fix for this issue at the earliest.
