Insight: No Result Found When Selecting Different Time Range and Time Span in Insight Report (Doc ID 2592850.1)

Symptoms

When creating an Insight (OBIEE) report with selected time range and time span, no result is found.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open Eloqua Insight report.
  2. Go to Catalog.
  3. Open an Eloqua out-of-box report, e.g. Email Bounceback History with Messages.
  4. Input a Time Range (like in the example below):



  5. No results returned:
