Adjustments via the Mass Adjustment FBDI spreadsheet for Tax Book are not being posted (Doc ID 2593070.1)

Symptoms

After the assets are copied into the tax book, the FBDI Adjustment spreadsheet is used to adjust the tax book assets, however the system is not posting the adjustments.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.

1. Load Assets to corporate book
2. Mass Copy Assets to Tax book
3. Mass load tax book adjustments
