On an environment running 11.13.19.04.0 in Development:
When attempting to create a new set of Intrastat parameters for a given
Legal Reporting Unit and VAT Registration,
find

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

the VAT Registration is not available in the LOV

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the VAT Registration to be available in the LOV since it is defined in
Main Legal Reporting Unit referenced

Customer states the issue can be reproduced at will at customer site with the following steps:
1. Confirm the details for Legal Reporting Unit

Name: MyBusiness S.A.
Registration Number: A12345678
Territory: Spain
Main Legal Reporting Unit: (SELECTED)
Active: (SELECTED)

2. Setup & Maintenance / Manufacturing and Supply Chain Materials Management / Manage Intrastat Parameters
Action / Create
Create Intrastat Parameters

3. Enter
Name: MyBusiness S.A.
Economic Zone: European Economic Community

4. Observe that the VAT Registration LOV does not display Registration Number: A12345678
