Goal
On Password Notifications, IDCS Password expired without any notifications.
Please provide clarity on the below points to mitigate the issue in the future,
- What is the current setup in Oracle for Notifications to notify password expiry (specifically Inventory Control Specialist (ICS))?
- We could see an option to extend the password expiry days in the ICS portal. What is the maximum limit (no. of days) we can set up?
- We would like to get notifications for any password expiry in well advance and send them in the defined intervals until it is expired.
The issue was addressed by updating with another user's password which resolved the issue.
