On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Service Requests

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
- When going to Navigator -> Services -> Accounts, user landing in a blank page.
- When going to Navigator -> Services -> Contacts, user landing in a working search page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
- When going to Navigator -> Services -> Accounts, a correct Account landing page should have been loaded.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Navigator -> Services -> Accounts
2. Blank Page Loaded

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access Account Landing Page
