Unable To Accept Terms Changes After Uploading Through Add-In Without Error (Doc ID 2593639.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Contract Authoring

When attempting to download the Contract, it gets locked. Before uploading the Contract, you unlock the contract by clicking Actions > Unlock Contract terms and you still encounter the error as follows.


ERROR

You cannot lock this record as it is already locked by another user' (see screenshots attached).


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Download Contract terms
2. Upload it after changing the terms
3. The above error occurs.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact
Functionally, the user is unable re-upload the contract terms back again. It is only happening after applying the patch on SR # 3-20646395111
