Loyalty Transaction Details View Issue - Takes A Lot Of Time To Close The View (Doc ID 2593675.1)

Goal

On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Loyalty Transactions

While Searching for the Loyalty Transaction, it is taking long time, close to 5 minutes. Once after selecting a Transaction to View / Edit and click on Cancel it is again taking a long time similarly to load the Transactions page.

Note: The production environment has 4 million members and 2 million transactions.

In stage environments where less member (or) transaction records exist, this behavior is not being noticed
