Asset Inquiry - Lease Page Not Returning Leases If Searching by Lease End Date (Doc ID 2594364.1)

Symptoms

When searching using a Lease End Date range in Asset Inquiry - Lease page, the page does not return leases that falls within the range.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a lease
2. Link an asset to the lease
3. Post asset
4. Search from Asset Inquiry-Lease page
     a. By Asset Number (returns the lease)
     b. By range of Lease End Date (does not return lease)
5. Search from Manage Lease page from the filter
     a. By a range of Lease End Date (returns the lease)
