Not Able To Cancel A Partially Received KIT Line. (Doc ID 2594435.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Manage Orders

Not Able to cancel a partially received KIT line.

The System throws an error when cancelling a partial line which has not yet been received for a KIT item.

ERROR
-----------------------
The receiving transaction cannot be processed because an error occurred
while validating the associated lots or serials numbers.




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Order Management
1) Partial receiving of KIT as a whole and creating a receipt when the received line is in “Awaiting Billing” & Credit Memo (SO# 401/Ret SO# 404)
Receipt:- 376494
 
2) Trying to cancel the Line 1-2,the status for the line 1-1 goes back to delevered and on submission,KIT line which has not yet been received,The system throws an error.
The receiving transaction cannot be processed because an error occurred
while validating the associated lots or serials numbers.
