ISSUE:

OIC Agent not responding for any calls and also shows disconnected on the monitoring page. Agent log shows the below error

2019-09-13T09:36:16.268Z] [SEVERE] [ThreadID: 2974073] [Logger: oracle.cloud.cpi.agent.transport.AQRuntimeConsumer] [SRC Class: oracle.cloud.cpi.agent.transport.AQRuntimeConsumer; Method: run] Out of Memory error encountered.

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

--------------------------

- Create any adapter with agent config and note agent faild to respond.
