Last updated on JULY 14, 2020

Applies to:

Primavera Analytics Cloud Service - Version 18.8 and later
Primavera Analytics - Version 18.8 and later
Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management - Version 18.8 and later
Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Cloud Service - Version 18.8 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Primavera Analytics dashboards using spread data are not displaying the spread beyond a certain date. For example, in P6 the spread may extend to March 2020, but in Primavera Analytics the spread data stops at November 2019. If spread data is available in P6, it should by default show for two years past the current date in Primavera Analytics. This is configured under the Publication Period settings in P6 Web. The finish date for spread data is the current date plus the number of years configured for the Finish Date under Publication Period.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Publish a project with spread data.
2. Run the ETL
3. In Primavera Analytics load the dashboard with planned units.
