Symptoms

In Cloud Administration when the user is Active in Unifier:

Expected Result

The user should be found in Cloud Administration.

Actual Result

The user is not found in Cloud Administration.

Business Impact

Because of this the administrator cannot find the user in Cloud Administration to make any modifications.
