Symptoms

The user is facing an issue with accessing their Oracle Cloud Service.  The service console URL shows the following error message:

" Your Oracle Documents Cloud Service environment is currently unavailable. Our team is actively working to resolve this unplanned downtime and to restore your service(s) as quickly as possible."
