Symptoms

On : 19.3 version, Core Product Functionality

For a specific wave template the wave fails, with an error message during its execution: "ORA-00904: "TRUE": invalid identifier" and the allocation is not completed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Via facility XY01 , company D01
2. Navigate to the Wave Template screen, query and execute the wave template XY01D01
