Symptoms
Customer is trying to run diagnostic test to debug a territory assignment issue, and they got this below error.
Critical: Thread 1158580: An error occurred while executing test: oracle.apps.sales.terrMgmt.territories.testDef.assignment.TMAssignmentInformationTest: Could not invoke test. Reasons could be because (a) The associated application CrmPerformance is not running (b) Credential Store and Permissions have not been set up correctly (c) The test is being invoked from outside the J2EE context.
